Session Contract/Model Release Form | Photographer Tracey Cunningham

Thank you for booking a session with Tracey Cunningham Photography! Please take a few moments to fill out this form so that I have your contact information and some other additional info needed for your session. Please understand that session fees are due within 1 week of booking your session. Without your deposit I can release your date to another client. An invoice will be sent to you once you choose the date/time for your session. The session fee reserves your date and covers my time and talent. A session will not be held without a session fee payment and orders for digital downloads, USB’s, prints, etc. will not be processed without final payment.

Session fees are non-refundable. Sessions will be rescheduled if weather does not permit us to go ahead with your scheduled session. Please be sure of sports schedules, vacations, work schedules, etc.. before booking. I am often booked weeks to months in advance in the Summer/Fall so it is very difficult to reschedule during that time. I hold space on my calendar for rain outs only.

PLEASE NOTE: Cameras, cell photos and video are not permitted during photography sessions.

I provide professional printing which I stand behind 100%. If you are to purchase high resolution images you will have the option to print on your own or through me at a professional lab. I realize we live in a digital world and that there are many labs out there for you to choose from who offer many products. If you choose to order on your own I can refer you to two labs. However, Tracey Cunningham Photography is NOT in any way responsible for the quality of the prints you receive from anywhere else. Tracey Cunningham Photography CANNOT guarantee the quality you will receive from OTHER labs.

I am in agreement with the policies of Tracey Cunningham Photography. I understand that my session date/time can be released if my session fee is not received within 1 week. I understand that if I cancel, I cannot receive a refund for my session but, that I can reschedule my session. I also understand that if I choose to download my digital files and I lose them at a later date, there will be a reload fee to retrieve my images.

I understand that all images are copyrighted by the photographer, Tracey Cunningham. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, print or reproduce Tracey Cunningham's work in any manner without written permission. I also understand that Tracey Cunningham Photography reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without her consent. Copying Tracey Cunningham's work is never allowed, even for personal use.
